FAQ’s
Who will my DJ be?
We’ll partner you with a member of the AMG team who fits your event, style and vision. You’ll have direct contact to your DJ in the lead-up to your event, so there’s no surprises on your big day.
What music do you play?
We love to work closely with you to uncover your must-play list and desired energy, curating a tailored mix for your event. However, we are completely capable of taking the lead if desired – and can balance our taste and experience with what we know will land in the moment.
Do you travel?
Yes. We service weddings and private events across Western Australia, from the coast to the South West.
Can you work with our planner and stylist?
Absolutely. We’re big on collaboration and love working with planners, stylists and venues to make sure every part of the event flows smoothly.
Does your service include lighting?
It does. Every AMG booking includes premium sound, lighting, and wireless mic setup, all installed and tested before your guests arrive. We stay on-site throughout the event to support with tech, sound or anything else you might need.
Is my booking deposit refundable?
Yes. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than three months before your booking date. Within three months, deposits are non-refundable.
Can I add or take out additional package extras? (eg Ceremony Music, MCing, Lighting etc)
Of course. Packages are flexible, and we can add or remove extras at any stage in the lead-up to your event.
What happens if you get fall ill on the date of my booking?
In the rare case your booked DJ can’t perform due to illness, we’ll arrange an equally experienced replacement from our trusted network to ensure your event goes ahead seamlessly.
How much space does your equipment take up?
A minimum of 4 metres wide by 2 metres deep is ideal for a comfortable and professional setup.
Are you able to play after midnight OR can we book additional time on the night of the event?
Yes, we can play post-midnight at $500/hour, provided your performer is comfortable to do so. This can be paid in advance or settled after the night. If you’re likely to need extra time, please flag it during quoting or booking so we can prepare.
